April 2016, I returned to the Real Estate Industry full time and have rejoined my family's 40 year business, Roseanne M. Lemery Realty, as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and am a member of NY State MLS. I first worked within the firm providing office support and later in years as Office Manager. In 2001, I first obtained my Real Estate Salesperson License where I successfully dedicated my services to both buyers and sellers of residential property in the Washington, Warren, and Northern Saratoga County areas. Living the majority of my life in the area has afforded me the opportunity to truly know the area to better serve my clients. I'm always a phone call away to provide prompt, professional service.
